All Plans Pro Limited (“All Plans Pro”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides CAD documentation and BIM production services to professional clients internationally.

2. Scope of Services

All Plans Pro provides technical documentation services only, including but not limited to:

CAD drawings
As-built documentation
BIM and scan-to-BIM model production

We do not provide:

architectural design services
engineering design services
surveying services
statutory certification
construction supervision
professional advice on planning, building control, or regulatory compliance

All deliverables are produced strictly to client-provided instructions, standards, templates, and reference materials.

3. Client Responsibility

The client remains solely responsible for:

verifying accuracy, suitability, and completeness of all deliverables
confirming compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
validating documentation prior to construction, submission, or reliance by third parties

All Plans Pro does not verify site conditions, construction accuracy, or regulatory compliance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Reliance and Use of Deliverables

Deliverables are provided for the exclusive use of the commissioning client and for the specific purpose agreed.

They must not be:

relied upon by third parties
reused on other projects
submitted to authorities
used for construction or fabrication without independent professional review and validation.

All Plans Pro accepts no responsibility for third-party reliance.

5. Accuracy, Source Data & Assumptions

Where deliverables are produced from:

point cloud data
client-supplied drawings
reference models
third-party information

All Plans Pro assumes such inputs are accurate and complete.
We accept no liability for errors originating from supplied data, omissions, or assumptions not explicitly instructed.

6. No Professional Indemnity Representation

Unless expressly agreed in writing:

All Plans Pro does not act as a regulated professional advisor
Deliverables are not certified
No professional indemnity representation is made

Clients are expected to engage appropriately insured professionals for validation, sign-off, and statutory submissions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

All Plans Pro’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant services
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss
We are not liable for delays, redesigns, construction costs, or project outcomes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

All intellectual property in deliverables remains with All Plans Pro until full payment
Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence for the agreed project use only

Reuse, resale, or redistribution is prohibited without written consent.

9. Confidentiality

All Plans Pro treats client data and documentation as confidential and applies reasonable safeguards.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information already in the public domain or required to be disclosed by law.

10. International Delivery

Services may be delivered using international teams and infrastructure.
Clients consent to cross-border processing necessary to perform services.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
